Shraddha holds an MBA in Human Resources and a Master of Commerce (M.Com.), combining strong academic foundations with extensive practical experience across diverse industries and business functions.

In addition to her corporate expertise, she is also a Qualified Assistant Professor in Management, reflecting her passion for learning, professional development, and knowledge sharing.

Throughout her career, Shraddha has successfully supported organizations in building high-performing teams, streamlining HR processes, and driving business growth through strategic talent solutions.
